Ultra Low Vibration

The ultra low vibration cryostats consist of systems that can operate with less than 10 nm of vibration, which make them ideal for surface science experiments and anything where vibrations are a concern. These systems are available in both closed cycle (cryogen free) and flow cryostats. Please consult the factory for all options.

Ultra-low vibrations (3-5 nm)

Can achieve temperatures up to 450 K

Continuously adjustable sample height (1.5 mm to 7 mm) allows for a wide variety of sample sizes

Vibration levels of 3-5 nm can be achieved while maintaining vacuum levels of 10-11 Torr

Cryocooler can be removed easily from interface without breaking vacuum

System can be baked out to 200 C
