ARS cryostats are available with a large selection of optical windows for UV, VIS, and IR experiments.

  • UV - 0.1 to 0.3 µm (100 to 300 nm)
  • VIS - 0.3 to 1 µm (300 to 1000 nm)
  • IR - 1 µm and beyond (1000 nm)

Custom window materials available upon request.

High Purity Quartz (SiO2)

High Purity Quarts Transmission Curve

Unaffected by most solvents, useful range 250-2500 nm (GE124).
